Very powerful shot... first of all the bright reds are striking and pull you in as if the photo is welcoming and warm..but the bruise and the cuts, and the sort of broken pose make me feel that something is not quite right and its eerie.

The colors you used are great, as is the contrast and I like how the minor details, like the bruise, make the viewer wonder if there's something more going on than what's really there.

Very interesting composition.
